Exploring Memphis

On Saturday, we went to check out Memphis which is just about 45 minutes from Jonesboro. Here are several pictures from the crystal shrine grotto.

These scenes are carved out of the crystal and the pictures don't do it justice.
Here is Evie all snuggled up in her carrier. She missed the sights but seemed happy just the same.

Settling into the house

Oliver loves cruising in his cozy coupe. Thanks Nonnie and Poppie!

We ordered this island for our kitchen and now it is our favorite room in the house. Oliver loves sitting in the bar stool for all of his meals. He feels like such a big boy.

Oliver has taken to dragging around his caterpillar everywhere.

More Evie

Here is a photo of Evie's crib in her newly painted nursery

Pumpkin Pickin'

Oliver's First Birthday

It was a mustache themed party for Oliver's first birthday.

There was even mustaches on the cake, thanks to Oliver's Aunt Kristen who made the cake and cupcakes.

Sneak Peek...It's a Girl

Below is a sneak peek at the newest Carbo addition.

Introducing our baby girl! That's right, the newest Carbo is a girl.

Here she is waving for the camera.

And here is a peek at her profile and spine. She is very active and everything is working as it should. She is right on target for her December 18th due date.

More Beach Fun

Proof that Oliver did have some fun on vacation.

Oliver's reaction to being dunked

A photo taken of us at the donut hole right before going home. This marked Oliver's first taste of eggs and pancakes.

The Beach

Oliver's first trip to the beach. May 2012. Oliver spent most of the trip fighting an ear infection so below are the few photos we have with him not crying. When he wasn't miserable, he loved the water and got to try his first real table food: grilled chicken, penne pasta, butter beans, and mashed potatoes.

Spring!

Here are a few scenes from Spring. There were a lot of birthdays to celebrate, Oliver's first Easter, and a fun fundraiser.

First Easter. Oliver got new sippy cups, a stuffed dog and bibs.

And we went bowling to raise money for the Alzheimer's Association. Our team was called Split Happens.

Catch up

Here are a bunch of photos we just found on a disc we just discovered we had. Enjoy!

Waiting for Oliver. We look so happy, because 1) we are delirious and 2) they told us it was finally time to push
